The 2016 / 2017 JUEL and JUEL Prep season’s officially came to a close with the All-Star weekend, held at Sheridan College in Oakville on May 27th.

Selina Shaw was the lone Valiant to attend, but represented the program well. Selina had a terrific season in the JUEL Prep league, and the nomination was well deserved.

Congratulations to Selina and all the Valiant players on another hard fought JUEL season!

Valiants High School Only Summer League

Now open for registration is the Windsor Valiants High School Summer League. Games will be on Wednesday nights and players can sign up as a team of at least 8 players for $250 or by themselves as a free agent for $35. Games will be at Forester at 749 Felix Ave. Registration is open to boys and girls in high school or entering high school. Please see the registration form below. The Windsor Valiants have now opened our 2 week summer camp program. The dates of the camp are July 17th- July 21st and August 14th-18th. The camp will be for girls in grades 1 through grade 8. Both sessions will feature Canada Basketball Senior Women’s National Team starting point guard Miah-Marie Langlois who is a former Valiant! Space is limit so be sure to sign up ASAP. Valiants Atom Coach Ricardo Tate has been named St. Clair College’s Head Men’s Basketball coach. Tate the father of Windsor Valiants Mya Tate has done great work with the Valiants organization and will bring that same work ethic to the St. Clair Saints. The Windsor Valiants “Cleveland Cavalier 2016 Championship Ring Raffle” was a huge success ! Congratulations to contest winner, Colton Allen. The Kennedy High School student stated he will probably keep the ring in its customized designer box and looks to add a Essex Ravens Football championship ring to his Baron ring collection. Many thanks to Drina Baron-Zinyk for her assistance with the raffle.
